Reckless Records was the only music retailer IN THE WORLD that was able to provide me with a very hard-to-find CD title. Their customer service was excellent, characterized by helpful and detailed communication. The item was promptly sent via mail and was very securely packaged. I can't thank Reckless Records enough for their great service. I highly recommend Reckless Records for all music-loving fans.

My son is getting into vinyl, so we took a trip to Soho to visit Reckless Records and was not disappointed. We both found some jems and much wanted vinyl at fantastic prices, the two guys who served us were top fellas and gave top customer service. Even though we live in Lincolnshire, the trip down to the smoke was well worth it. Cheers Reckless, we will be back!!!

Great shop with friendly staff and good user friendly website. Been using them for years and will continue to do so.
