Company has great products but absolutely horrible customer service! I ordered products as part of a promotion that included a free product, yet I never received that free product even after 2 months of almost every day emails that have gone unanswered. Fix the customer service and this company would be 5 stars all the way!

I ordered a CBD for my dog on April 28th and still to this day June 6th I have not received it and I have had one chat response that said she'd get it in the mail. That was June 1st and still nothing ! They won't answer their phone anymore, I ordered it via a phone call, they don't answer any emails and I've received one chat out of my 10 plus attempts to speak with them! Great products absolutely horrible service. I have ordered from them many times in the past and have gotten everything but for some reason this time nothing!
