⚠️ PUBLIC AWARENESS – OVERSEAS WORK PERMIT / REFUND ISSUE I am sharing my personal experience with Receptive Solutions, a company represented to me as operating in India and Dubai. I was approached online regarding an overseas employment/work permit process. Based on the representations and assurances provided to me, I paid a total of ₹5,00,000 towards the process. Unfortunately, the promised services were not delivered as represented. I subsequently requested a refund of the amount paid. Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances, the company has not refunded my ₹5,00,000. I have preserved all relevant evidence, including payment records, WhatsApp conversations, emails and other communications. I have also submitted a complaint to the appropriate authorities regarding this matter and am pursuing the issue through the proper legal channels. I am posting this to create awareness and caution others who may be considering paying substantial amounts for overseas employment or work-permit services. If anyone has had a similar experience with Receptive Solutions, please feel free to contact me privately and share your experience. I request everyone to conduct thorough verification before making any payment for overseas employment/work-permit services. This post is based on my personal experience and is intended for public awareness. I am prepared to provide the relevant evidence to the authorities as required.

BEWARE: Broken Promises and No Refunds. I am writing this to warn others about my experience with Receptive Group (receptiveimmigration.com / receptivesolutions.co.in). This company makes firm commitments to take your money but refuses to honor their words. I was convinced to sign up by Abdul Karim Shaikh (Sales Manager), who gave me a firm verbal and recorded commitment: "If you do not receive your visa in 3 months, you will get a full refund." My process began in August 2024. After no results, I officially requested a refund on May 15, 2025. Their official email states a refund processing time of 90 business days. It has now been over 11 months (May 2026), and I have received no resonse not even a reply to my messages. Every time I follow up with their teams in India or the UAE, I am told the company "does not have enough funds" to pay the refund. This is exactly the behavior of a company that runs scams. They are quick to collect fees but disappear when it is time to be accountable. I have all voice recordings and email trails proving their broken commitments. Do not trust their "guarantees"—they will hold your money for years and postpone your concerns indefinitely. Note: If they schedule any job interview arranged by a reputable company make sure you verify it. Ask for company's details. They will never share it with because they are doing fake interviews to play an act. Avoid Receptive Group if you value your time and money.
