My claim is not about stolen content. My claim is about poor streaming quality, when it is possible. Because most of the times the streaming is not possible. ¿Who to contact for refund?

It's horrible but it's in the Chaturbate terms and conditions when you verify, that they are able to sell on your content. Read ALL of the conditions before streaming on these sites. They can legally sell it all on.
