New website is better
New website is better. Still lots of emails about shipping etc. I wish an invoice came in the box so person on the floor can process immediately.

We don't get a true invoice
We don't get a true invoice, perhaps because we're dealing with Amazon?? Can be overly complicated ordering online. A rep would be nice. Love the product and otherwise service is just fine.

I have some great news for you... 1- We are currently beta testing a new Wholesale Portal that will make ordering more simple for our retailers! 2- Soon, we'll no longer use Amazon to fulfill wholesale orders. 3- You do have a dedicated sales rep.
