Calculation and range of shipping costs a problem
Speed and quality of shipping ok - but from a wholesale point of view, not knowing the shipping cost when you're placing the order on the system, until it gets to be confirmed is not great. Particularly because it seems randomly to range between 8 and 18%, which is significant.

Hello Joel, I checked your previous orders and see you're receiving the usual $16.24 shipping price per case. As long as you're ordering full cases, the shipping price (per case) does not change. I notified our US wholesale rep, McCall. She will be reaching out to you in case you have other questions or concerns. Best, Shantée
