I was very upset with the poor customer service I received when trying to make a simple return-- and the passive aggressive email responses from their "customer service" staff. I love the company and what it stands for but, I think they might have grown quicker than their systems could keep up with and a lot was sacrificed in the meantime. I will probably keep buying the books for my daughters but will purchase from a local third party vendor instead.

Package showed up way way after estimated date (well after Christmas). When I asked for some kind of discount or refund, flat out said no.

I accidentally ordered the wrong book. I was told I could return it but I'd have to pay shipping. Shipping was $2.00 less than the book cost. I ended up just tossing it in a goodwill box

I never received my book and ended up having to buy another one at a Barnes and noble. The book itself is great, but I was very bummed when I didn’t receive the book and customer service did nothing to help.

I have not received my purchase therefore I am extremely disappointed.

I love these books but never received my order?

I refuse to pay 100$ for two books! I still have not heard about my money back! The books are still unpacked and I will not touch them, they disgust me now. We wrote to each other in August 2019 we are in January 2020!
