They will ignore your emails to cancel…
They will ignore your emails to cancel the membership. I emailed more than one of their support email addresses to cancel the membership and no one ever responded for weeks. Apparently, you have to call to cancel, even though they make it very easy to sign up online. How terrible is that? Also, you can never pick the clothes that are coming in your box, not even if you mark them as "priorities." It was fun having it for a few months but not worth the $180 a month when you can't even get the clothes you expect. Many of the clothes on the rental service are from last season and on clearance on their website.
