Getting my rebate approved was harder than filing my taxes. The customer support team kept moving the goalposts, asking for more proof every time I submitted the required documents. Even after providing everything they asked for, my claims was mysteriously "lost in the system" multiple times. It's clear they do everything possible to avoid paying out rebates while hoping customers just give up.

Reporting this website to the FBI. Their Terms of Service is illegal. They say they can cancel and ban/suspend your account for any reason whatsoever. It is a Chinese scam. I hope that all of you and trust pilot reports this to the proper authorities. They will take 3 dollars from you, and if you cancel within 7 days of their free trial, they will ban you and never send your rebate. Band together and email or call your local FBI. These are the criminals. Go to the ic3 gov website to do so. They are stealing millions of dollars. Sure you can find good deals but the site is very scammy! Once you click on a deal, you'll be directed to a different page and ask you to subscribe! And it's not for free! Terrible business tactics, very unethical, something people should avoid!

Fraud site. Never got 15 usd for lyft from where I was redirect. And then I am charged subscription fee

They stole $3 from me without providing anything which is against the law.

No idea how I even subscribed and got charged $3. Then my bank flagged their $19 fee, as it was for "advertising services". Then I found 2 emails from them, in my Spam folder. Avoid as a plague.

Pretty much a scam. Offer you a $15 rebate, and charge you $3 off the bat, And they don't tell you until after you sign up, but they hold your $15 ransom until you pay for two months of their subscription service. at $19 each. (spend $41 on a useless service, then additional wait weeks to get $15?) I always read the fine print, and they just don't tell you fully what your signing up for... Their 'live chat' is also misleading, if no one is on, your messages just goes into the void. And attempting to 'unsubscribe' from the paid service, does not even give a confirmation email, it just says "we have received your feedback", and say you will be canceled/refunded in 7-10 days (after the trail ends.) And your subscription stays active, not even pending a cancelation. Also, They also have multiple fake reviews on their subscription signup page,and a fake 5 star Trustpilot rating.
