Ordered a t-shirt from Realwomenstore that arrived w a stain. Submitted a claim and received a replacement shirt which arrived in perfect condition. All electronic processes from order to delivery to claim and follow-up were intuitive/easy, and email communications customer focused. I love my picture. It looks great. I was supposed to be a gift for fathers day but I was too excited to wait and my husband loved it too. It was shipped earlier than I thought.
