Be leery of this service. The information I received for the $19.95 per month subscription, which I was first testing for accuracy, made it difficult to cancel. They charged me again, but the rude person on the phone, whom I could hardly understand, would not refund a recent second charge when I cancelled any further recurring payments! So, I guess I have to contact my bank for assistance and complain about this so-called service.

This is a scam. They charge $1.95 for a property report, and then continue the next day to charge $19.95 for ... something, I don't know. There very limited contact information on the website, and I have been unable to contact them to cancel whatever I have been charged for.
