The most important feature in any business person is honesty. When I was seeking a Key West realtor I interviewed a lot of them and Gary McAdams seemed to be the most honest. He told me straight up what he could do for me. If there was something he could not do he came right out and told me he couldn’t. I respected that.

Gary was easy to work with and was great with answering my questions. He was able to get our house soled for my full asking price. I highly recommend working with Gary!!!

I own a duplex in Key West and was having trouble renting it. One call to Gary McAdams and both units were filled in a couple days. They were the best tenants I’ve ever had.

These guys are pro! They quickly brought a lot of interested people to look at my house when it was for sale and helped me select the best buyer and close the sale fast! Very professional expedience, I am definitely looking to work with them again!

I’ve never seen such a go getter. The best of the best. I like my house a lot and like the pro who sold it to me even more.

I told Gary what my desires and needs were in a vacation home. He listened and sent me nine houses to choose from. I narrowed it down to four and we saw them all. Wrote an offer on one and went under contract that day.

Renting and buying an house from Gary has been so easy, I recommended him to all of my contacts.

Gary is awesome! His knowledge of real estate and the area, his kindness, and negotiating skills will make you happy whether you are buying or selling. I have worked as a mortgage loan officer for 14 years. I appreciate and enjoy every interaction with Gary; I'm confident you will too.
