RealTReviews of realt.co

RealT is a standout platform that delivers on its promises. The consistent rent payments, community engagement, and overall experience make it a top choice for passive income through real estate. Highly recommended!

An incredible experience. Realty is a platform where I now own 255 properties in the United States, as well as in Panama. This platform has been innovating since I began investing. It allows one to resell properties on a secondary market that has been very liquid from the start, and on the other hand to use properties as collateral to secure a loan that can allow the use of funds for reinvestment on the platform, or for investments such as purchasing equipment, cars, home services in our daily life. Now RealT is ready for Europe and I will be pleased to continue my investment with this great community. I particularly appreciate the transparency of the founders and the team, as a community call is held every week, once in English, and the following week in French. This allows the entire community to be almost daily aware of what is being prepared and what is to come in the future days. There is an extremely active Telegram and Discord community where the founders and the team regularly answer questions that may be asked.

Mon meilleur investissement

i started to invest in 2021, they always pay weekly rents everything is fine

Pros - Expected income rates are shown without capital appreciation. No fake numbers - Great customer support - High expected returns - Transparency - So far OKish Cons - Transparency It would be great if they could publish more detailed financial information - Website is laggy and not responsive during sales

so far so good. I invested in them 1 year ago and never had an issue
