Great for non-US based investors
Great innovative platform. If you know how blockchain works, with a little learning curve, it is easy to figure out. I echo other reviews where purchase is simple, but lacks liquidity to sell easily. I like the consistency and transparency on rent payments. I was using RealT for about a year, however US investors can no longer buy RealT properties. I find this odd considering most properties on the platform are in the US. I still have my initial holdings and look forward to the platform supporting US investors in the future.

Hi Kurt, If RealT unfortunately no longer offers properties to American investors, it is mainly because of regulatory reasons. We are working on an alternative solution to offer real estate to Americans again in the coming months! With regards to the liquidity of RealTokens, this is a topic that we also consider very important, and hence, the reason why we released our decentralized exchange: The YAM (https://yam.realtoken.network). Although RealT cannot guarantee liquidity on it, in principle, if you create offers at a similar price to that on our marketplace, you should be able to sell your RealTokens fairly quickly (between a few hours and less than a week).
