Really Right Stuff is not the same company they were once known for. The company is using cheaper hardware of their latest gear, but their biggest problem is their weak customer service and logistical problems. The company ships with UPS which is not reliable in many countries. They make the customer pay in advance for shipping, but manage the transaction with UPS which means the customer is not able to make a lost item claim directly with UPS. Really Right Stuff does not take ownership of lost items once your package leaves their warehouse, which means the customer lost their package and their money. No replacement or refund will be provided by Really Right Stuff. This level of risk is not acceptable, and there are plenty of companies making better gear for better prices with better customer service. Do not buy from Really Right Stuff.

Received a marketing email despite never having opted in. I asked them why, and got the quite reply "It looks like you got an email from us notifying you that you are not on our mailing list, and asking if you wanted to be." Seems they don't think that counts as a marketing email, for some strange reason. And not sure why they have my email address either.
