Sherman is an extraordinary instructor. He realize that sitting in a classroom listening to lectures isn’t enough. I love his hands on approach.

This past life changing weekend really lived up to its name. I learned and saw with my own eyes a day in the life of a real real estate investor. Sherman did an amazing job demonstrating and teaching the ins and outs of a real investor’s duties. He shows you how real and simple this business is and how easy it can be for anyone to do as long as they just get out there and do the thing. I have never witnessed anything like this before! Truly life changing.

Case studies by people that look like me who are all ages starting from high school students getting checks using this process in this local area. Class taught by a real estate investor with 30+ years of profitable investing in the DMV.

Real estate investing has truly transformed my financial outlook. The consistent rental income provides a reliable cash flow, while property values steadily appreciate, contributing to long-term wealth. The tax benefits are an added bonus, reducing my overall tax liability. This investment avenue offers diversification and a sense of control over assets. While challenges exist, such as property management and market fluctuations, the potential rewards make it worthwhile. Real estate investing isn't a quick path to wealth, but it's a proven strategy for building financial security and achieving your long-term goals. It's a game-changer I highly recommend exploring

This is my second "Life Changing Weekend" with Realinvestors. Just when I thought it was great, it keeps getting better! Three full days of valuable information and inspiration. To be successful in real estate investing, you learn the business by doing it and his programs are designed to support you through the process. I've been a member of Realinvestors for several years, and just when I felt like quitting, Sherman reminded me of the rewards of not giving up on myself and those whose who's lives I can help to change for the better. Also, I learned a lot about various opportunities in real estate investing, heard from successful people who have been mentored by him and have gone through his programs. Just to share a few personal takeaways... "Believe in yourself. You learn this business by doing it. Go in motion and stay in motion. Create your own opportunities. Use resources around you. Be consistent. Don't quit! Learn this business well enough to teach your kids. True wealth/ legacy is not just passing along money and property, it's passing along the knowledge and wisdom to build and maintain it." This was a great way to spend the weekend and invest in myself! Sherman not only represents wealth in business, but he is rich in knowledge, wisdom, experiences and an awesome teacher.

Sherman and his team show comittment and passion about the work and their students becoming successful in the real estate business. The 21-day curricullum is easy to understand.
