REIU and Sherman are Great Trainers
I am quite impressed with Sherman's breath of knowledge and experience, and grateful he has a desire to share them. I have already begun telling people how good I think Sherman's class is. His attention to students and detail of his lessons are admirable. He mixes his warm wit with focused instruction about actual experiences, making his lessons very relatable. I plan to continue my membership and have already begun recommending this course to people I know.

The Greatest Real Estate Investment Every Taught
I was very pleased with the live coaching. It's better than the CDs. I gained a lot from the live course and I know it was a lot on Sherman. Three hours every evening for 21 days straight. I anticipate to do like Sherman as I gained more experience and knowledge, so others can take advantage of Real Estate Investment, as the rich and the famous people do.

21 Days to Real Estate Riches, Fantastic course that allows you to see how to make money with Real Estate.
Fantastic course that allows you to see how to make money with Real Estate in practical way. It provides a step by step guide to let you make money within the first 3 weeks of completing the course. Plus it allows you to get a broker that will guide you in making offers for real estate that are profitable. Huge amount of practical information on doing Real Estate in Maryland.
