I purchased the Real Good nuggets, they looked good on the bag, They were the most unsatisfying nuggets that I have ever seen, could not eat them. I am still waiting on my refund since July 3 2024....I can't get anyone to respond to my emails now... I am updating this is now January 2025, I still have not received a refund of my money and cannot get a response from this company....

I recently purchased the Lasagna Bowl. It smelled wonderful, but that is my only positive comment regarding this product. The cheese was dry and grainy. The sauce was more like water than it was tomato. The visual is not appealing at all. There was no indication that the product in the box was the same as depicted on the box. The box claims layers of Chicken Parmesan Slices was included in the bowl. I failed to locate any Chicken. I'm sad to say I will never purchase another product by this company.

Yuch. I really don’t like the enchiladas. The flavor is really off. I would rather eat cardboard than taste the sauce.

The box advertised 24g of protein in the meal (roughly half a chicken breast), the product I received had 4 small pieces of chicken (definitely nowhere near the amount advertised) and the rest of the space was filled with diced green pepper. Probably is safe to assume the picture on the box won't be the experience for most of their products

I purchased the Costco Creamy Poblano Chicken Enchiladas when they came in and were on sale and put them in the freezers to have on hand for an easy meal. A few months later they came on sale again so I had my husband pick up another package as a backup. When I baked one of them for us to eat I was really disappointed. They didn't look like the picture and they didn't have much taste at all. Not saucy at all and you wouldn't know there was any cheese in them. I had to doctor these up just like everything else from this company. I had to make a cheese sauce to cover them on the second box.

Gen Tso Chicken Disappointing. I do not like to write negative reviews, but this was an instance when I should have left it at the stores freezer. Chicken was real Chicken but had no flavor and the sauce was not good. Im Sorry but I recommend you leave this in the store. Im just hoping the Chicken Fingers are better.

So their foods are great and customer service seems friendly BUT super inefficient. I placed an order which was delayed due to an out of stock item—it took several days for them to respond to my questions about how to prevent shipment while I am out of town. They finally responded while I was already out of town and said that the order had shipped even though I had asked several times if we could prevent this from happening. I am still out of town and I do not know if I will arrive home to a large order of spoiled food. The products are great and I started eating them daily, but I do think maybe they are not yet ready to be supporting online orders and the customer service chat is WAY too slow if there is an issue with the order. The ordering process has been riddled wi th poor communication, which I feel is extremely important when ordering perishable foods online.A text update system and estimated delivery time seems most appropriate.

Had the "Lemon Chicken Bowl" and it tasted terrible! Looked like it should be dog food, not human food. This is the 2nd frozen dinner I tried (other one was beef in a cauliflower rice sauce - same experience. Looked like dog food and tasted terrible!
