obscure tracking, still don't have
So, the caption on this email I received asked how I would rate my service thus far. It's terrible. I ordered on 9/12, and today is 9/22. I received an email with some obscure tracking information (from 'GOFO') that doesn't track anything. I still haven't received anything, nor do I know when it's coming. The lengthy delay tells me it's coming from somewhere I don't want it from. Looking at how to cancel.

Hi Heidi, We apologize for the inconvenience and looking into this right away for you as to why there's been no movement with your order. Typically, our orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours of them being placed. Delivery is within a few days after. Just to clarify tho, your order was placed on 09/13 and labels were printed on 09/14. Today is 09/18 (not the 22nd as your review states) and the shipping method you selected upon checkout was our standard shipping which is 7-10 days. For the record, we're an all American company, our products are here in the USA and ship within the USA. Although tracking should show movement within 48 hours, some times the couriers do forget to scan them. Nonetheless, we're looking into this for you and we're still within the time window for delivery. We appreciate your patience, RGE Team
