Thanks Sam you are the best, I just passed the state exam. If you wanna pass the state exam listen to Sam and make sure you study every day during and after the course.

Frank was a great teacher and really made sure his students understood the material for each class. I would highly recommend CRES to anyone looking to start a career in Real Estate!

All day review class with Sam was amazing. He took his time and explained everything that is necessary for the state exam and he is also super funny so you can’t get bored. I would recommend to everyone if you want to refresh your knowledge and better understand real estate.

Update: I took the test today 7/30/19 and passed!! Everything you need to know is in the book. Make sure you take the quizzes at the end of each chapter. Frank (Teacher) was great. I am hoping to pass my broker test this coming Tuesday 7/30! I would recommend. Just remember that studying on your own is a must. They cannot cover everything in classes.

Extremely well explained

Danette was absolutely amazing!! She encouraged us to share and learn in an open, safe learning space. Danette is a true gem! You can tell she loves teaching us. Her commitment and dedication to the industry is unmatched. Her personal touches and stories help you retain the information. I completed the course with confidence, new friends and a mentor! Thank you to the entire team!

I loved it! Sam is great, doesn't waste your time, gets straight to the point.

Sam is great at what he does. He's able to bring the pages of the book to life. He shares real life examples to everything he teaches. I would defiantly take this course again if needed!!!!
