I finished the two week course with Michelle and passed the test on my first take. I attribute this to Michelle’s teaching style and her continued willingness to ensure we all understood the material. Michelle took time during breaks and after class to answer student questions. The online items such as the audio and videos with Sam were definitely helpful reinforcement. The extra test practice questions helped to prepare for the test. Thank you CRES!

Going to the classes with Michelle really helped me learn the info. She helped us get a great sense of the whole scope of the business but also really focused on many important elements for the test.

Michelle was super informative and energetic. At times, a bit all over the board but to her credit, so is this content. I learned a lot and enjoyed her positive spirt and energy.
