Robbin
I would have enjoyed the class in-person
Response from Chicago Real Estate SchoolJun 1, 2020
Robbin - yep, we're all getting a bit tired of doing everything online, but since there was no other option for the time being, we decided to offer the Webinars you attended. Hopefully you got a lot of value out of them!

The training was super awesome Price was ok
Response from Chicago Real Estate SchoolApr 28, 2020
Gaston - thanks for the review! It's always nice to hear the words "super awesome"! As for the cost, we're definitely not the cheapest school out there, but getting the best instructors requires paying them well. Best of luck as you begin this new phase of your life!

I loved all the resources provided! From CRES providing the PDF version of the book, to the super organised dashboard that allowed for quick navigation of the subjects, to the chapter summary videos that featured an expert Real Estate managing broker giving real life examples of how to apply the concepts in each chapter, to the 500+ test prep questions and Exams review videos, CRES has really put a lot of thought into helping each student succeed. 2 areas of improvement would be making the online 15 hr webinar more interactive, as in the student being able to ask questions using the chat box and computer audio. The chat box alone didn't' allow for gaining better clarity while interacting with my extremely knowledgeable instructor VIC. Also notifying the students of the webinar format will be helpful in getting students prepared to take advantage of each webinar session. All in all, I'll recommend CRES to anyone because of all the attention to detail and access to the very knowledgeable and caring instructors.

Bosede - we can't thank you enough for taking the time to share all of these thoughts! You obviously took full advantage of your financial investment in the course, and that's a great sign for your future success! Thanks for the comments about the Webinar - we've been hesitant to allow audio Q&A just because some students tend to want to really monopolize the time (for some reason it's easier to do that on a Webinar than in-person), and we're anxious to make the experience as effective as possible for everyone. But we'll talk about it again and see if a change is in order. Let us know when you get your license!

Enjoyed the many questions asked and answered throughout the class, the class was overall very informative and a very good way to get you started on a self training course
Response from Chicago Real Estate SchoolJan 12, 2020
We appreciate your taking a moment to leave a review! Yes, there is quite a bit of self-study needed to get the material into your brain long enough to pass the test. Repetition is the key! Best of luck!

Jacqueline - we're pleased to hear that you had a great experience at CRES! If there's anything more that we can do to move that "4 stars" rating up to "5 stars", just let us know! Best of luck on the state exam!

Class is very long couldn’t complete all chapters need to narrow it down base what is important on test. A must is a math review and state portion...not done.
Response from Chicago Real Estate SchoolOct 31, 2019
Thanks for the feedback! Yes, it's an intensive 10-hour day, no doubt about it. The instructor definitely spends every minute on what he thinks is most important for the state test, but with thousands of potential questions, there's obviously no way to cover it all. Since we provide a full 22-question math course, with detailed solutions and explanatory videos, we're hoping that you'll be able to thoroughly understand the relatively simple math concepts after watching those. Best of luck on the state exam!
