I Loved the 2 day review class with Sam. Now I have some knowledge about Real Estate. Thanks Sam.

Angie - so glad you loved the review! Was there anything that kept it from being a "5-star" experience? If so, please let us know - we are constantly working to improve every aspect of our company. Thanks again! :-)
Tiffany
The Professor was good. I hoping all the Chapters were discussed to feel better prepared for taking the State Exam.

Tiffany - thanks for the 4-star review! I see that you took our Online Self-study Course, which only requires you to do 15 hours of Webinars with a live instructor. We have just upgraded our Chapter Review Videos (the video at the end of each chapter), to include 35 hours of instruction all together, so if you don't yet feel prepared, I encourage you to watch through those videos - that should give you everything you need! Have fun on the State Exam, and let us know once you pass it!
Mario
She was great.

Mario - thanks for the 4-star rating! Let us know if there's anything more that we can do to make it a 5-star experience! :-)
Ashley
I think overall the program is very comprehensive and there are so many tools at your disposal. I am scheduled to test in the next month so I am using all the resources provided. I deducted a point due to the number of typos in the material and formatting errors. For the amount that we pay, I would expect the material to be presented in a more polished fashion.
Response from Chicago Real Estate SchoolSep 19, 2020
Ashley - we have just released the 8th Edition of our textbook, which contains a number of typo and formatting fixes - our self-published textbook was already FAR superior (and more current) than the one used by many schools, but we admit that there was still room for improvement. :-) Glad you liked the course, and we look forward to hearing from you when you pass the exam! Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Levester
Very good class. Covered a lot. Would if like more math examples but I know I can review video also Great refresher of material.
Response from Chicago Real Estate SchoolSep 15, 2020
Levester - remember that you have the 22 sample problems with solutions, along with video explanations of each problem and the common "tricks" on the state exam, available in your Online Resources. Those cover every type of math question you'll find on the state exam. Let us know when you pass the test!

Chicago Real Estate School was always very responsive from repurchase through the Part II mentors and beyond. Wonderful program!

Mary - sounds like you had a very positive experience with us. If there's anything we can do to make it "5-star-worthy", please let us know! Best of luck in the future!

My first instructor on Ashland location wasn't professional, but it was very easy to switch to another instructor and was much better the one in the south by 32th St. I would give them 5 stars, the only thing I would suggest you as a student are the chapter videos are too boring and long,I suggest others to buy the exam practice at examsmart.com their videos are very easy to understand, and very short. I haven't done the exam because of the pandemic, but I feel very confident passing it, thank you for everything, I totally recommend you to sign up for this class if you want to become a broker

Kikey - we appreciate your thorough and thoughtful review! I'm glad you found an instructor that worked well for you. We do like ExamSmart.com, and we wish you the very best on your exam - let us know when you pass it! :-)
Aleatra J.
Did not complete all Chapters in the required timing and I had another appointment that day
Response from Chicago Real Estate SchoolJun 26, 2020
Aleatra - thanks for providing a review of your experience! I think what you're saying is that the instructor had so much to teach that they went over the scheduled time. That does sometimes happen, but hopefully you feel that you got your money's worth for the time you were able to attend! Best of luck on the state exam!
