We're glad that you got the information needed to pass the exam! In terms of the facilities, I'm sorry if we didn't get back to you, but in fact we did change cleaning services and the new company (which just started) has been doing a great job. We do care about every aspect of your experience! Best of luck with your new (or additional) career!

Tarita - thanks for taking time to share your experience! While Sam may not have covered Chapter 16, hopefully you walked away with a much better handle on all of the content that he was able to cover - can only do so much in a one-day class. :-) Hope you're able to nail the exam this time!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts! Sometimes an instructor may not realize how their statements could be interpreted, so this is important feedback. All of our instructors are indeed passionate about helping students to succeed, and their extremely high pass rate on the state exam is the ultimate measure. We hope you have a wonderful career in Real Estate!

First, congratulations on passing! Statewide, less than half of all test-takers pass on the first try. But you're very right, it's necessary to put in the time to learn the material. We try to not sugarcoat it - repetition (through reading the text, watching videos, listening to the Audiobook, and doing practice questions) is the only way to get this large amount of material into longterm memory. Best of luck with your new (or additional) career!

We appreciate your sharing your thoughts! You're absolutely right, there's no way to pass the state exam without additional study on your own. We try to make that clear right from the start. The class is designed to tell you what to focus on, to explain the more complex concepts, and to answer your questions about the material. We try to make studying more effective with numerous online resources, including videos and the audio version of the textbook.

Thanks for the feedback! We try to provide lots of supplemental materials (videos, audio, quizzes, etc.) to help beginners get comfortable, but we'll continue to look for ways to break everything down most effectively.
