Hi, thanks for the feedback. You reached out the same day you ordered, and we refunded you right away, even though you’d already received the full list. For us, making things right quickly matters more than the sale. Our lists come from agents’ active public profiles on the major real estate platforms. Agents without one won’t appear, and out-of-state agents usually hold licenses or list service areas in more than one state. We also rolled out a major database update two weeks ago, and we believe it’s now one of the most up-to-date agent lists available.

Hi, we only recently claimed our Trustpilot page, so we’re just seeing this now. Sorry it sat here without a reply for so long. We’re sorry your experience with us wasn’t a good one, and thank you for the honest feedback. Our lists are built from agents’ public profiles on the major real estate platforms, and we’ve put a lot of work into keeping them current since 2024. Two weeks ago we rolled out a big update to the whole database, and we believe it’s now one of the most up-to-date agent lists available.
