What a scam this company is! Be very aware that it will be hard to cancel subscription with this company.
What a scam this company is!! I signed up for a trial after the agent convinced me to try it out because it will benefit me. They continued the subscription without my knowledge. When I figured it out and tried to cancel my subscription they I couldn't cancel until the 10 days before the 3 month is up which mean if I forgot then they will charge me again and tell me that I can't cancel again until the next 3 months later. My window to cancel is 10 days before the new charge starts. This is ridiculous!!! Be aware before you sign up for a trial period with this company.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They sign you up with a promotion (typical) but tell you if you want to cancel cancel by a certain date but that date they give you is after the cancellation period. Then they charge your card. Beware of Wendy at 954-983-8668 and Business Locate.

Beware - very convoluted or tricky cancellation process.
RealEstateAgents.com generated very little traffic to my site which didn’t materialized in to any single lead or customer contact for me.
But as many other users reported, the really unsettling are the their business practices: Beware that you are signing up for an automatic quarterly renewal contract and unless you cancel 30 days prior to your auto-renew date – you won’t be reminded – they will just attempt to charge your card right away and if unsuccessful, they will be chasing you for the renewal payment. So you will speak to them and make it very clear that you don’t see any value in the service for you and will proceed with the payment only under the condition that they will cancel immediately after the payment is made. They will explain you the fairly convoluted cancellation process RealEstateAgents.com is using: you will receive an email with a cancellation code. You need to login to your profile and enter this specific code to cancel the subscription on their site. So you do all of that that and expect that it took one extra payment for the service with no value to you, but at least you’ve finally canceled. Wrong! After another 2,5 month (so you are out of the 30 day cancellation window) you will receive another notification, requesting a third payment. You will talk to the same person you spoke the last time and she will explain you that she is very sorry, that she does remember the discussion with you the last time and your very clear request to cancel, but as the cancellation process wasn't properly completed, the only way to cancel the service is to make your third payment and attempt yet another cancellation!! During our second cancellation attempt you will find out that if there is any error with the cancellation code tying to their website, there is only a very small/fine print notification, completely out of the sight of you current screen view – stating that the Cancellation Code was invalid...
So unless you know what to look for, you won’t see it! You will explain to RealEstateAgents.com all of this, but they won’t care. They will just threaten to send your bill to collection department if you don’t make your second completely unwanted payment.
You do your own conclusion if you want to do a business with this company and their subscription practice.

HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY
HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They make it impossible to cancel and if you do go through all of the steps to cancel it they will deny that you did it and threaten to send you to collections. They all use the same picture with different random names attached BIG RED FLAG! Please stay away from this company I wish I could give them 0 stars. Please stay away from them.

Bad and not responsible realestate agent.
We recently met and worked with a realestate agent name Linda Bui Tran. She worked for Van Lou Investments, Inc. This lady is not professional at all. She didn’t keep her promised and failed to do things as an agent supposed to do. We were so regretted and had a very bad experience with her. Make your own judgement before you hire or working directly with this agent. There are millions good agents out there that you can find someone you trusted and responsible. Especially they will do their best to protect the client. I do not recommend this agent. Please be aware....

What a scam
What a scam. Their only business is billing and keeping you on the hook and clicking your credit card for payment. They should be investigated. Call the state attorney general in Florida. Call the FTC. Rico violations. Stay away.

Masks your Brokerage's number...
I received a call numerous times this morning, am not interested. They then masked my Brokerages phone number by calling me again. Which is very distasteful, to say it nicely! Shady!

Do Not use this company!
Do Not use this company!! I called and canceled my account and they acknowledge that but they say I failed to sign their cancellation form that I was to have received by email. I did not receive an email and was billed the total amount at renewal time. They WILL NOT credit my account! Besides billing issues, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
