Do not do business with this company if you value your money. The sales person called Jayder is extremely rude, he is pushy, and if you do not just shut up and listen to him he will become agressive with you. I was very interested in Paul Thompson but if he hires folks like this man I want nothing to do with it. There are lots of lies and false promises and they will be straight up rude to you even the first conversation!

I run a virtual event agency and worked with Real Estate 101 LLC (Paul David Thompson) on a 3-day virtual challenge in February 2026. We delivered everything agreed upon, full funnel, ad copy, landing pages, email sequences, and sales scripts. The launch ran as scheduled. Upon requesting payment of the agreed $10,000 fee, Paul Thompson removed our access from every platform associated with the project including Kit, SamCart, and Meta Ads Manager, removed himself from the project group, and blocked all direct communication — while continuing to run events and pay other business expenses. 15 days after the launch completed, zero payment has been made. Written agreement exists. Formal demand has been sent. Would not recommend working with this individual or company.
