Misleading Claims from ReachInbox.ai: Don’t Fall for the “Unlimited” Hype
I signed up for ReachInbox.ai because of their bold claims on the homepage: “Land Emails in Inboxes, Not Spam! 10X Your Sales Pipeline!” and most importantly, “Unlimited email accounts.” The reality? That promise of “unlimited” is completely misleading. After warming up over 1500+ email accounts and even cutting that number in half, I was suddenly blocked from uploading more. Their reasoning? “Due to misuse of the unlimited email offer, we’ve introduced a fair use policy…” Let’s be real: this isn’t about fairness—it’s classic bait and switch. The “unlimited” feature was a key reason I chose this platform. Now they’re walking it back with vague explanations and arbitrary limits. If you can’t truly support unlimited usage, don’t sell it as a headline feature. 👎 This isn’t just a service hiccup—it’s deceptive marketing. For a company pushing AI-powered outreach, I expected a lot more honesty and clarity. If you're a serious marketer or agency that depends on real scale, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. This isn’t the platform you can trust.

Hello We take all feedback seriously, especially when it contains strong claims. However, we’d like to clarify a few important points for the sake of transparency and fairness to both current and future users. At ReachInbox.ai, we’ve always strived to offer scalable solutions for all our users. Our goal with our LTD was simple - to provide superior limits at affordable pricing. All our plans were always governed under the fair use policy published on our website, this has always included the LTD plans as well to protect the integrity of our service and ensure a valuable experience for all users, this is a standard practice in the SaaS industry. We want to be clear: - This is not a bait-and-switch tactic, but a necessary step to prevent system abuse. - Our team communicated the reasoning clearly and provided support throughout the process. - We do not believe in penalizing users unfairly- your account was flagged only after unusually high activity that exceeded reasonable operational limits under the fair use policy. Moreover, we take issue with any suggestion, public or private, that reviews be used to pressure us into offering exceptions outside our stated policy. We are always open to feedback and constructive conversation, but we draw a firm line against using review platforms to seek preferential treatment or circumvent fair boundaries. We remain committed to improving communication around our features and policies. If you’d like to revisit this conversation in good faith and work toward a solution, our team is still here and willing to engage at [email protected]. Thank you
