Been using their german rdp for a few months now and the pricing is hard to beat, especially for full admin access. I had a small configuration issue with my firewall last week, and their support team got back to me within a few hours to help me fix it. It's rare to find a budget-friendly provider that actually responds to tickets. Very satisfied so far!
