RDM Industrial Products, Inc.Reviews of rdm-ind.com

Always high quality finish. High strength capacity for the products we use them for.

Great customer service and product.

Enjoyed being able to custom design our tables. Everyone I worked with at RDM provided excellent customer service and responded quickly to any inquiries I had.

RDM always does great work. the quality is excellent. Just don't always get the hardware for mounting.

Every person I was in contact with was very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. The microscope tables I ordered are perfect for us!!!

I have ordered completely customized tables and chairs from RDM. Service representatives were so responsive and knowledgeable to assist from the beginning to final production. I will definitely work with RDM again.

After several months of searching and interviewing other manufacturers, of adjustable-height tables, only to be disappointed, by the quality of both the knowledge of the sales staff, as well as the products themselves, it was entirely refreshing to have found RDM. RDM knows their products. They understood what was needed in the application, worked to make sure that their proposal would meet the need, as well as accommodate any restrictions. Actually, they went well beyond that, to understand how the table was to be used, by whom, and what, if any, special restrictions there might be. They communicated intelligently, and worked, many times, after-hours, to make sure I had what I needed, and to get me back on schedule. The product is superb. It is excellent. I now know that many of other manufacturers were actually very over-priced for low-quality products, promising 'custom' tops – They cannot deliver. I am more then satisfied. RDM was MORE THAN FAIRLY PRICED. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and the lead-time and delivery schedule proved to be accurate. It was a pleasure.

Great product. The table we ordered was put to use right away. So far it has met our needs.
