Avoid - customer experience of my life
Ordered a new wedding ring. I received a ring without a certificate and without an invoice. I am not used to this miserable service at RDI Diamonds. The sad thing is the customer service and all the stress it causes me. They are not helpful or even trying to work with customers. It was an important gift and I am deeply disappointed and sad.
