I went to get a car loan and asked for a loan with the lowest interest rates, as I planned to pay it off quickly. I was given a 4-year loan at 6.09% and told it was the lowest. Looking online afterwards, I see that there is a 24-month option with significantly lower rates. Disappointed, and now I would have to refinance to get it lowered. Best to find a more customer-focused business.

My whole purpose of joining a credit union is because they're supposed to give the little people a chance .🙏🏾😩 Not in my case 🙄!! I've tried to apply for several different small loans just to consolidate and nothing 😒 No reason for why they are turning down my loan🤔😒 Half of these banks and institutions are crooks anyway but they want you to continue to put your money in their banks and trust them to take care of it but they can't even trust you enough to give you a $5,000 loan 😤🤬
