Over $4,000 spent
Over $4,000 spent. Less than six months of ownership. This is deeply disappointing. I purchased an RCS grill and side burner expecting quality equipment that would last. Instead, after less than six months, I am seeing what appears to be rapid deterioration of the metal components. For appliances that cost me more than $4,000 combined, this is unacceptable to me. I documented my concerns with photographs and video and raised them through our installer. On September 23, 2026, the installer relayed RCS’s response: it had reviewed the video, did not identify a warranty issue, and attributed the condition to normal grease, smoke, heat, discoloration, and buildup. That response left me feeling dismissed. I understand that cooking appliances will show signs of use. My concern is how quickly these changes have developed and whether the components are deteriorating prematurely. The explanation I received did not adequately address those concerns or give me confidence in the long-term durability of either appliance. Spending this much money should bring confidence in your purchase. Instead, I am spending my time documenting problems, emailing company contacts, and trying to obtain a more thorough review of equipment I have owned for less than six months. I have now contacted RCS directly to escalate the matter. I am requesting that a manager call me, arrange a qualified inspection, and seriously consider replacing both appliances without additional expense to me. As of October 6, 2026, my concern remains unresolved. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend these appliances. RCS management: please contact me through the emails I have already sent under my name, Fahad Kamal. I want a concrete resolution and a reason to regain confidence in your company. I will update this review honestly to reflect your response and the final outcome.
