rcMartReviews of rcmart.com

Order never arrived, rcmart sent me an email for a refund minus the shipping? It never got attempted to be delivered? They either messed up the address or never shipped it. I will not be buying from them again in the future. As a customer i cant see how this was anywhere my fault?

Poor customer service. Their tracking is ridiculous. The don’t refund shipping fees if they lose it. Not recommended.

I ordered the periodic Table for my Grandson, I'm a chemistry major and it appeared to be be a good gift. When I asked for a refund I got no reply for 14 days, so far, to my several emails to their CONTRACT address. What a joke...it shows gas elements like H (hydrogen or helium) as grey printed smears, many (under magnification) look like mini-grains of ? materials, no way they appear to be the element, and finally, you need a magnifying to even read the element names.

order shipped and lost after 8 monts still saying have patience 3 wheeks ago send him another mail that i did not recieved my order no response ,in the past more then 10 years ago i had a driftclub in my cartuning shop overthen never had a problem ...................for now iám done with it never order there agian.

I purchased a mini z readyset, 2 complete body sets, and a few other parts so shipping got expensive. came out to $58 7-30 or $62 3-5. So of course I went with 3-5 for the few dollars difference. I also wanted my items before the next weekend as I purchased them on a early Sunday leaving plenty of time to process and ship my order. My item's were sent out with regular delivery on Tuesday so now I have to wait longer for this order and paid more. Bad business without a doubt. Will be using other websites Hrcarena Kenon hobby M power Just a few for others trusted sites with good reliable sipping at a good price

Placed my order 8/14/2020 on rcMart website. After 40 plus email dialogues, was told to be patient and that the package was in route. Initially I was patient and understanding of the current pandemic but the ETA change from up to 1 month to 3 months!! As of today package has been sitting in one location for 3 weeks!!. Other products I have ordered after rcmart in the same region have already arrived!! The shipping contractor Pitney Bowes is of even less help!!!!! Learn from my mistakes and dont order from this place!! Their customer service mission statement is copy and paste generic responses!!! 9/20/20 Update: received an email from rcmart conveniently after posting here stating my package is at my PO Box and that I needed to pickup. Well, I DON'T HAVE A PO BOX!! (Cue the circus music)

My parcel landed in Amsterdam instead of Singapore more than a month ago and till now I'm still waiting. I don't know why they sent it over there. Sent them a couple of emails and no one even bother to reply. This is the last time I'm dealing with rcmart. Never again.

Installed alloy kit for my HPI RS4 Sport 3 and all I have is problems!! Worst is the steering. Wheels never center. Every part installed is disgustingly loose. every wheel wobbles. I contacted them about every part being loose and a few months later their solution was to send me a new front knuckle set!! And installing that did absolutely nothing!! I actually took the whole kit off and have the stock plastic on and the car is back to driving straight. I bought these thinking that after installed I would see an improvement in my steering and overall performance. after I installed the new knuckle set and still had the problems I emailed them again and never heard back. I sent a few emails and eventually I forgot about it and gave up. hopefully this can save others the time and money. If they dont delete this review like the first one I posted!!!!
