NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!
For starters, the app is awful. Enter the wrong password and it'll lock it up until you call the bank to unlock it. My main problem is trying to close my checking account. I stopped using the account months ago and suddenly something I didn't know about threw it into the negative so I called and they said if I deposited enough to bring it to zero then they'd close it. I made the deposit and thought "Alright I'm done now." Today I called to confirm the account was closed because I received ANOTHER notice about ANOTHER overdraft fee and they told me there's nothing they can do to close the account and I NEED to come in to the bank physically and pay AGAIN! Absolutely awful customer service. They transferred me twice on the call and the second person basically told me I'm shit outta luck on getting it closed unless I give them more money.
