Great service lined me up with an SBA loan. I got 2 Amex cards (one unlimited) a corporation with 9 divisions. Priscilla was super helpful. Yes I had to reach out to her every once in a while but she's definitely on top of my file. Overall very happy. I am going into the investment portion soon.

I paid $500 a few years ago to get a credit line of $6,000 and still haven't received it. I never hear anything from them about my case unless I call them for updates. They really need to improve on this and stay in constant/frequent communication with people. I think it's ridiculous that I haven't gotten what I paid for and I was told when I asked for a refund that I couldn't get one. I emailed the account executive/floor supervisor assigned to my account back on Jan 9, 2024 and still haven't gotten a response! It's Mar 22, 2025 today! I don't know what they're doing, but this is very poor service with no communication abiut what's going on with my case and when I can expect to receive what I paid for!
