Unfortunately my FIL died and he had his money with Raymond James(Fulton Bank MD) I wish I could say one good thing about them,, but it would be a straight out fabrication. HORRIBLE service. Didnt answer emails, took forever to get anything done. Seems like they were really clueless. We couldn't get our money out of their hands fast enough!!! SERIOUSLYwnated ot get it out but difficult to get it out!! STAY FAR AWAY

More than 3 years down the line I still have negative ROI and it’s not improving. Of all the investments I have Raymond James is by far the worst performing of them all

Consistently Terrible customer service. I have had disappointing experiences with their team at nearly every level. I set up an account that was meant to be invested and half the money I contributed is just sitting around in a cash account earning nothing. My advisor left the brokerage and I was notified after the fact. No one even bothered calling me, the advisor who (presumably) took over my account never contacted me in any meaningful way nor was I given any assistance or support in choosing someone to work with to replace my original advisor. I have been given poor advice on technical issues as well that has led to double the work/effort on my part and just appears to be that my advisor contact couldn't be bothered to read my full question before responding. There is no kindness or courtesy in the dealings either. I'd rather keep my money under a mattress than deal with the team here.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!! Treat your money as their own. Refuses to listen. Basically flushed my money down the toilet on a daily.

I thought I could sit back and let them take care of my stock portfolio. I was wrong. In two years I'm down 20%. The statements they provide and the tools on their website don't make it easy to see how much they're losing. When I was done with them I asked how much did I transfer in and how much did I take out. I never got an answer.

Raymond james is horrible they think your money is thiers i finally closed my acount after they refused to give me some so i could py bills

This company's reports are useless, there statements do not show $,%, gain loss. You have to figure it out manually. Most likely most advisors do not want their clients to see how badly they are doing. Even less than stellar banks like scotia have better statements/data pages. Fees & expenses work out to be 50% of income hmm.(might be the advisors fault) never the less, it is difficult to see the required data.

Too much driven fees advisors...all they ever talked is fees upon fees, without setting up a plan on how to make good return on investment. search for libbey jane bean on google, if you need a professional broker/investment advisor, she will only charge you when you make return on investment.
