I purchased the E-Lusive 2.0 ID Collar, with a $144 price tag. The advertising shows the collar has an E Collar built into the nylon collar in all photos which is the only reason you can justify the very high price. What I received was just a Nylon velcro collar that I can buy on Amazon for $30. This is the definition of false advertising and the reason I will never shop here again! When I called to understand what happened, the rep was extremely rude, dismissive and completely refused to help! I will never buy anything from them again! If they are willing to pull a bait and switch like this so blatantly, I can't imagine how else they rip off customers!

Purchased a product that was pictured and described as a large on their website. They shipped me the small version, then said I would have to pay for return shipping on thier mistake. This after I'd given them over $1,000 in business in 12 months. I'd personally recommend taking your business to smaller competitors that have actual customer service.
