Paid for a knitting pattern through wool & pine from Ravelry and required clarification on terminology. Despite emailing twice no response. Pattern is useless to me. Why include a note to raise any pattern queries if company can’t be bothered to respond to them. Requested a refund- needless to say I have heard nothing! Poor standards in my opinion

Bought two items from the company, under The CHM Supply company. Returned items and didn't get a refund on either of them because I was told it was past their return policy of 7 days. I think it would have been fair to get at least a partial refund paying for return shipping to Canada is expensiiveI don't recommend this company to anyone.
