I have tried twice to get a message to Sarah, with no response. I can't log in to my account. The log in page tells me there is no email address on file for that name. All I want is to get in and check my store!

Hi. This is the response that I got when I sent an email to maree Cambridge designs about the size of text when I printed out one of her patterns. If this is the professionalism of your subscribers then ...... She resorted to bully tactics to a paying customer Margaret Orr Absolutely untrue! I don’t set the print, Word Document does. I have literally thousands of patterns in my library and the print is exactly the same or smaller! I am sorry, but I have consulted several other designers and they have confirmed with me that my print is standard and that the issue is your printer font set incorrectly. I have quite bad short sightedness and with glasses, I can see just fine. I have sold over 5000 patterns and NO ONE has ever complained about the print size. Newspaper text is considerably smaller than my pattern text so how on earth do you read a newspaper?  I have also been advised that you can increase the print font on your own printer so I suggest you consult someone to fix your printer for you as I am a pattern designer, not a tech advisor. I am absolutely astounded by your complaint when you presume to think the text size  of my pattern on YOUR printer is my fault. Seriously! Now that is unacceptable! Le mode de paiement est une plaie . Pas moyen de payer par CB , tout doit passer par PayPal , un système très discutable, surtout quand on a pas de compte . Même si vous cliquez sur paiement CB vous serez réfrigéré sur PayPal, c'est honteux .

J'ai acheter un patron de tricot. Le pull est très complexe et le patron est misérable du point de vu des explications. 7.5 € à la poubelle. Et il est impossible de laisser un feedback. Ce qui s'apparente pour faux à des évaluations s'avèrent être le nombre total de personnes qui ont mis l'article dans leur favoris !!!. Une belle arnaque ce site .

Somehow they have 2 incorrect emails for me, and so i can't log in or change the email address. I have written more than 6 times (over 6 weeks) and the only response I get is to reply "above the line" of the email, which again, I have done about 5 times. I can't get to any of my saved patterns or projects, and clearly the company doesn't care. I don't want to sign up again, and lose everything I had before. Crummy customer service. I can't believe that someone on their staff can't help. It's terrible

I have been trying for a month to either get my patterns or get my money back. They email me back but they don’t respond to my return email. Never again will I purchase from them.

Bad website and non existing support. I do not get my pattern on pdf.

By a patern on raverly for round about 9 to 10€ made from a unknown and unexperienced, selfnamed expert and then by a book for 20€. You'll get 20 patterns created by experts and read an corrected by technicians. Why petiteknit never wrote a book with her patterns? 🤔😅 Because all the sheeps on raverly are buying one pattern for 10€ 😅 There are so many patterns that she modificate just a bit and sells under a different name again for the same amount of money. 🤑😂💰💵💸
