I ordered a batch and it never arrived. Shortly after I got billed again. I have mailed and called their customer service, no response. Clearly a scam!

I've made an order on the 23rd november still not receive instead they keep on try to deduct money on my account,SCAMMERS this one and no communication,no Nothing

I placed an order on 26th October for R4,465.95 ($249.99). It's a month later and I still have not received the goods. To my utter dismay, this company, RAPIDSLIMPLUS.COM, processed another order on 25th November, different order number and processed a payment against my bank account. I have sent a mail to their Support team telling them that have processed a fraudulent transaction and to pay my money back.i have also reported the fraud to my bank who will investigate. So no goods and 2 payments. Bunch of crooks.

I placed an order on 17 October 2025 and has not received the goods yet. It seems that it has not left the US yet. On 24 November 2025, another order was processed for the same amount of $250 and my credit card was debited. I didn't placed another order but was told by Support that they are doing it as a standard practice. They claimed that they have cancelled my account today but that the order will still be delivered. They want to offer me a refund of $100 on the $250 they took from me on the second order. MY address is also changing on 8 December 2025 so I do not think how I am going to get my goods. They are really not professional and also not honest.

Place an online order for ONE purchase of USD195 and recieved confirmation accordingly. Next month, they resend another lot and deduct your credit card saying it is on a monthly plan. I have disputed as the order confirmation and screenshots of my online order do not have that. I only knew when they bill me for the second time.
