Update: Ranking has not updated for over 2 weeks now. It seems to be a dead project. Ranks don't update daily, even when my plan allows daily rank updates. Graphs are out of place. The application is too slow to load. And the support, of late, is nonexistent. Tickets have been unanswered for the past several days, and there is no response from live chat either.

It worked normally for a few days after purchase. Unfortunately, after some time the items stopped refreshing, or they refresh once every 2 weeks. Emails with notifications about positions are badly displayed (if they come because this is also rare). I reported this problem to support a dozen times, they said they fixed it and the problem still exists. I cannot recommend this software. After exchanging several emails with support, the problem was fixed for 2-3 days and still returned. I wrote back to the last message to support but there was no more response from their side. EDIT: I have been using my email address for more than 10 years, I use sendgrid myself and there have never been any problems with delivery of emails to my mail server. How was I supposed to prove that I am not getting emails? By showing a screen shot that there are no such messages? You could see in my account that the rankings do not refresh and thus the system does not send emails because there is probably nothing to send. In addition, another mistake was the fact that when some e-mails with reports arrived, they were empty, and I also reported this to you, which was completely ignored. I still maintain my negative opinion of your product.

We are really sorry for what you have experienced, but as per our investigation the problem was not from our system as all other users are getting emails with no issues. Also, we monitored your emails and the emails were successfully delivered to your email address mentioned as per our logs but I am sorry that you denied and never sent us any proof that you are not getting emails. As we use Sendgrid integrated with Rankspro to send emails and it displays all logs. We have noticed that you have took your refund as well after using the product for almost 4 months, and we did it with no question even after the refund window was closed. About the support, we responded to your messages with no considerable delays. We informed you and asked you to check if there is anything blocking our emails because there is no error as per our logs. Our support is available 24/7 and we try our best to respond to all messages as soon as possible but sometimes it could be delayed due to high volume of chats. EDIT: Not a problem Lukasz, because we cant resolve your unknown problem till you cooperate with us. Also, as we have already processed the refund to you after you used our tool for 4 months. I find no reason for this discussion or proving your point, I accept that there could be the issue and technical issue could be there but we fixed it from our end. If it was a tool wide problem, thousand of users must not be getting emails too, so you need to understand the fact here too.
