RangehoodmasterReviews of rangehoodmaster.com

Wonderful communication from start to finish, customer service was top notch and we got a stunning product! Thank you!

Sent samples timely. Samples very close to actual hood. EVERY time I reached out via call or email I got a response. They sent the fan part sooner than hood so I could get all the electrical done ahead of time while doing remodel. The only down side is the fan is different than like a Zephyr and the electrician had never seen one before. It works ok and do recommend the quieter model. I can hardly hear it. Not sure it works as great as my prior range fan since I do see steam coming out along the outer sides of hood. Hood is beautiful.

Great experience

Rangehoodmaster was very thorough and accommodating with our venthood order. They allowed us to make several tweaks to the plans to perfect our venthood. THeir communicaiton during manufacturing and shipping was thorough and informative. We have yet to install our venthood but anticipate it will be a great addition to our new kitchen.

Probably a few things should be noted: 1. Their design department will work with your design, provide images prior to fabrication, and provide guidance through the process. 2. Shipping was exceptional. Arrived in a crate, well packed. Arrived exactly as fabricated. 3. Installation is relatively straight forward. Most important aspect of installation is WALK through everything before you start. 4. Customer service was exceptional. They are always available to answer questions. 5. Product quality is 10 STARS. Cannot beat their quality. 6. After drilling my holes, I built a platform and shimmied until the holes lined up. This procedure is highly recommended.

The ordering experience was very easy and the team communicated throughout the process. When the delivery came, the range hood was packed very well in a wooden crate and upon opening the crate, the hood was beautiful. It is now installed in our renovated kitchen and looks spectacular. Thank you!

From the start of the ordering process, to receiving my custom range hood - master range hoods did an excellent job. I had quite the list of specifications for the hood as well as a few requests when it came to getting everything I needed for installation. Customer service was helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my contractors and my needs. Im truly grateful for their communication and flexibility! My range hood is stunning and my favorite part of my whole kitchen renovation!

Nice hood for a decent price
