Great customer service, installation, totally satisfying experience.

Very helpful and patience with us while we decided which flooring was the best. Delivery was a non-event, scheduled as I needed and confirmed both a few days before delivery and also the day of delivery.

Customer service in store was fabulous, coordination of installation timely courteous, installers very efficient did high quality work.

Pam and Nancy did an awesome job of guiding me through the purchase process while working with me on pricing and selection. once ordered Tommy kept me updated on the Installation date and made sure the installation went as smooth as possible and made sure I was happy. Follow up phone calls go a long way with me... I recommended !!!!!

We just recently had a tile and flooring job and Ramtown Carpet one was so easy to deal with and customer focused! We enjoyed with working with Nancy, Pam and Tommy . We are long time customers and will continue to recommend others and return when we have flooring and tiles needs!

Tom is an excellent communicator and the store provides great quality flooring. We love the carpet in my sons room and I was impressed by the level of guidance in making the right selection that was provided to me. I had issues with another vendor coming to my house to give an estimate. They did not show up twice so I called Ramtown and Tommy came out right away. He was very professional and even had the team come out a second time to look over the job and provide a proper quote. They were able to schedule the date we wanted for redoing our hard wood floors. The quote was reasonable and the finished product was top notch. They showed up on time, they left very little dust and the floors look great. I would highly recommend them to family and friends and will use them again when needed. Thanks Ramtown team!!

A great experience beginning with the knowledgeable sales staff, Nancy and Pam, who accessed our lifestyle and helped us choose a carpet that would withstand the accidents our two dogs have sometimes while staying within our budget. With new furniture we were concerned about the installation but Tommy, the customer service manager, made sure that the installation was flawless, and the installers were great. They were courteous, careful and neat. Looking forward to our next floor project and working with the Ramtown team again.
