We were blown away by the superior customer service provided at Ramtown Carpet.From the very start, their helpful and knowledgeable staff help us through the selection process.We left with a armful of samples and once at home, we decided that none were quite right for our new kitchen. We returned twice more for more samples, each time, Pam and her staff were willing to spend what ever time it took to help us pick the floor that was just right for us. Next, Tom, their measurer, came to our home and reviewed the project. Their installer, Tom, with his assistant Travis, did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional.and provided us with a beautiful new floor. They protected our home with the necessary drop cloths and cleaned up after each day. Tom (the measurer) stopped by each day to make sure the installation was going as planned. We are very happy with our new floor, look forward to working with Ramtown on our next floor project and will be recommending them to our friends and family.

As a long term customer of Ramtown Carpet, we came back for more. The quality of their products, customer interaction and satisfaction as well as their installation skills are simply STELLAR! You can NOT go wrong working with this team!!!!!

What can I say other then what a great experience from start to finish.. they even followed up a few times to make sure I was happy !!! guess what! I AM.... :)

Tom Is the best. He literally came out to survey the condition of my townhouse flooring 3 times and worked with me to come up with a solution. My concrete slab contains a high level of moisture and Tom helped me realize that the only solution was to tile the slab. Any other fix would have created the same problem I was trying to correct in the first place. When my wife and I stopped by Ramtown's showroom, we were really impressed with the service given to us by both Nancy and Tom. I would 100% recommend using Ramtown in the future if you are planning to restore or replace your flooring any time in the near future. Thanks Ramtown, you guys are the best!!!

After spending days if not weeks at the local box stores a friend suggested I give these guys a try. boy i'm glad i did. from the moment i entered the store my whole outlook changed. from sale to service to installation it was a pleasure....I'll shop nowhere else.

Very easy experience - we selected a carpet and got an install date quickly and easily. Nancy is SUPER NICE and very efficient - when she said she would do something, it happened. She was very conscientious too! Once it was time for install, Tommy contacted me to set the date - the workers came out and the install was perfect. This was our first time working with Ramtown, but we will definitely use them again!
