HORRENDOUS COMPANY. I have asked Travis Kent @ tkent(at)ramp(.)com on NUMEROUS occasions to LEAVE ME ALONE. I swear every week he contacts me pretending he didn't see the email I sent requesting to be removed from Ramp's contact list. In the early days of Ramp, they rejected me because I didn't have a million dollars in revenue, now they are interested in smaller companies, and I AM NOT interested in THEM. STOP CONTACTING ME PLEASE!

They have the hallmarks of a company that cares more about THEIR revenue than caring about customers. Their salespeople didn't answer the questions we asked. They keep sending us emails, even after multiple requests to stop. Our firm has blacklisted them.

Scraped my data from somewhere, which I know all companies do nowadays unfortunately, but then they started emailing me at work trying to force a connection by talking about where I went to school and my local sports teams. 4 unsolicited messages in 7 business days. Absolutely creepy cold-calling. Watch out for Eashan Iyengar in particular.

Scraped my email from the internet and bombards with automated emails after opting out after the second one. Leave me alone.

My account got terminated, because they claim I have violated Global Terms of Service of their service, without any explanation, what of their terms I violated.

The company markets as a business credit card and expense management system. They really misrepresent themselves because they don't offer credit (which is fine... we don't need a loan). However we do use business credit cards for office supplies and employee travel expenses. Ramp is worthless for that. Wish they were up front and honest about what tehy do, would have saved lots of time.

Our company contacted Ramp to apply for a business credit card after reading positive online reviews about their willingness to consider providing credit cards to small businesses with limited or no credit history. We provided all the required information, including direct access to our company bank account, and informed them that we were in the process of opening a new bank account. However, they verified the wrong bank account. When we tried to address this issue, we received no response. Suddenly, within a couple of days of opening the account, our account was canceled without any explanation. No one answered our phone calls or responded to our emails. It seemed as if no one was working at the company. Be cautious of Ramp. Dealing with them was a huge waste of time, and their professionalism is practically non-existent.

We have been using Ramp for eight months and have always paid on time. Initially, they were very aggressive in securing our business, offering higher credit limits and attractive cashback percentages to entice us to join. However, after eight months, despite our finances remaining stable and our impeccable payment history, Ramp suddenly reduced our credit limit by over 64% with only a two-day notice. We requested a 30-day extension to manage our cash flow, but this request was promptly denied without any consideration or escalation. This lack of support highlights a significant disregard for the financial health of their clients. Proper cash flow management is critical for businesses, and a 30-day notice before such drastic changes should be a minimum courtesy. In contrast, we also use Brex, which has not reduced our limits and continues to offer higher limits. Based on our experience, I would advise caution when considering Ramp, as their actions indicate a lack of concern for their customers' financial stability.
