Ramp is simply great software. Features are easy to setup and use. Lots of automation is built in. Customer service is good when needed. My organization previously tried Emburse certify and it was terrible.

We regularly utilize Ramp and find it highly beneficial. It streamlines our booking and subscription management processes for the team. With its integration with QuickBooks, it facilitates expense tracking effectively. One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability for employees to request cards in seconds via Slack, with quick approvals from admins.

Redeeming Cashback was so easy because it was straight cash, back into our account... no point conversions or trying to determine which of the redemption options was "least bad". No point carryovers or unused balance, just cold hard cash back into our account - GENIUS!!

Implementing RAMP into our non-profit business was really a game changer for us. Ramp is always helpful; it takes a bit to get used to not getting immediate answers, since the chat is just a virtual assistant and you have to email in - but once you understand how to get support, their responsiveness is fantastic - the reps stay with you until the issue is fully resolved.
