They’re absolutely rapid with whatever they do. I was able to reach someone when needed, my claims were processed smoothly, they were kind enough to explain some of the technicalities of our contract and they followed up with me in a timely fashion. Thank you Emily and everyone at Rainwalk.

So very pleased with Rainwalk. I just submitted my first claim for an emergency vet visit for my 10 mo old pup and they were very fast with reimbursement and an explanation of my benefits. I adopted this puppy from our local humane society and they offered Rainwalk there on her adoption. I’m so glad I took advantage of it as I had another pet ins previously on another dog I owned and was so very unhappy with them.

Signed up for a Rainwalk Policy not too long ago, submitted a claim, and less than 12 hours later I received confirmation of my claim being processed. Much better experience than other insurance companies when it comes to their explanation of what specifically was covered within the claim (I had multiple services in the same day completed.) Couldn't ask for a faster or more reliable service. Thank you Rainwalk!

Amazing customer service and very easy to submit claims. I purchased this insurance like many only hoping to use it in the near future for urgent health care for my newly adopted pet. But that quickly changed when she began to vomit blood. Took her to the vet and submitted a claim. Within 3 days my claim was approval and they covered 80% of the vet cost with the annual deductable savings me and my partner from a hefty bill and being able to keep our new kitty healthy. Extremely grateful for Rainwalk pet insurance

I cannot say enough good things about this insurance company. When I took the policy out I assumed I probably wouldn't use it in the near future because we adopted a healthy young pup but I was wrong. Our pup got hold of some medicine that required emergency medical attention including an overnight at the vet. Our claim was processed immediately and the money was in our account in less than 5 days. No problems whatsoever. Very pleased - and happy to report our pup is healthy and happy again- thank goodness!

I could not be anymore thankful for having Rainwalk as my pet insurance for my trouble maker puppy! Not only is it super easy submitting a claim but they also got back to me within hours of submitting AND everything was covered. It took me 10 years to get to the point where I trusted that pet insurance was a legitimate product. At first it seemed like a gimmick. Then, a luxury. Finally, about 3 years ago, my vet suggested pet insurance had "evolved" to the point that it was a worthy expense. Randomly, I met a guy in a coffee shop who mentioned Rainwalk. I had just adopted 2 new dogs, so I checked it out. I am now insured. Silver plan. Easy sign-up--my policy was emailed to me the moment I signed up. All the major medical concerns I have (or have had) with my dogs are covered by the policy (including snake bites--I know from experience how expensive they are!). And FWIW, I noted during my research that they are underwritten by Allianz, a massive global underwriting company. Hoping I never need to use it, but glad I've got it.
