rainforestplumbingandair.comReviews of rainforestplumbingandair.com

Rainforest added hot water heaters to the units in my complex. My unit has a piece of plexiglass showing the studs and pipes. Held in with black tape. Apparently a previous plumber over 3 years ago cut a hole in shower and patched it. The patch done before I bought the place disintegrated when they cut from the the drywall Dom the kitchen to access the shower. So instead of contacting me and showing me this they cleaned up the mess and patched it with plexiglass. And just left me to figure it out. It was weeks before I was told what happened. And apparently they are washing their hands. This my fourth bad experience with Rainforest despite their stellar rating. Buyer beware
