Buyer Beware!! This company does not allow returns. Their sizes do not run true to size. Their customer service is lacking. They will string you out for days and weeks asking for pictures of QR scans, etc. Their final offer to me was "Maybe you could give it to someone else." After jumping through their hoops, the final results was no return, although they never stated this.. Also, nowhere on the purchase site does it state no returns or all sales final.

Rainbow Claw Company advertised an “Independence Day shirt that was Beautiful on the model in the photo. The shirt arrived weeks after Independence Day. I kept riding to the company before Independence Day saying I didn’t want the shirt if it wasn’t going to arrive by Independence Day. I ordered it well in advance Of Independence Day. When the shirt finally arrived it was a photograph on a shirt it wasn’t anything like the picture advertising the shirt. I kept asking for a return label and reimbursement and they offered me two dollars for the shirt then they offered me five dollars for the shirt and then they kept telling me we try to help you. If the shirt looked anything like the photograph in the advertisement I would’ve been willing to keep it even though I couldn’t wear it for Independence Day. But it’s a ugly photograph not even a printed fabric shirt. This company is a scam. Don’t or anything from this company. I wish Facebook would filter out companies that are scams and not allow them to sell on their site.

Well first of all, be aware, if you order shirts according to the size chart, they finally get here, one fits the other does not. You will not get a refund because you ordered the wrong size. The customer service wanted to give me $2 for my trouble, because it would cost ME more to send it back. Each time they would email me stating this is the best we can offer. It went from $2 to $4, $6 then $7. The shirts cost $21 a piece. I asked for the return label so I could see how much it would cost to send it back but, I have not heard anything back. Don't trust this company! And yes it comes from China!

RainbowClaw shirt appeared to be a legit Christian company in Wales... but the shirt that arrived was not a normal size XL, but tiny as if for a Chinese company. When expressed this to company, they did not care, nor were interested. And just said they could credit $3.00 off of a $35.00 shirt or pay the exorbitant fee to send it back to CHINA! Total BS, especially for a "Christian" appearing/advertising company, in "Wales", which it also is not. Stuck with a $35 wast of shirt. Will NEVER buy from this fraudulent company again. You have been warned.

I learned about this company on Instagram, took a look at many of their t-shirts and ended up ordering 2 of them. I thought they were based in the US, but once I could finally view tracking I saw that they shipped from Portugal. I took over a MONTH to receive the shirts, and upon opening up the package I was very disappointed to see the poor quality - especially considering they were $21.99 each! The photos on their website are obviously altered to make the shirts look much nicer than they really are. There is no name brand or garment care tag inside the shirts - just a tiny white tag that has an initial for the size (S). I contact the seller (Rainbowclaw.com) to let them know I'd like to return the shirts and they gave me quite the run around, trying to get me to keep the shirts, offering me a measly $4.00 refund if I'd keep them. ALSO, I pointed out to them that they charged me $13.24 "TAX" on a $52.97 order. They promptly refunded it stating it was "an error". I wonder how many other people they did that to and may have never noticed! After about a dozen emails with them they still wouldn't provide a return address, so I filed a claim with PayPal. They still tried to get me to keep the shirts, stating that it would be very expensive for me to return the shirts to CHINA! They finally gave me a return address - that has no name/business name, no street number, and no zip code. This company makes it appear that they are Christian, but they most certainly are NOT - especially being China based! Shame on them!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY'RE FRAUDS!!!

this company falsely advertises that their products are “made in the USA” which they clearly are not since the tag on the shirt I ordered said “made in China” . When I emailed them for a return label, they told me it would be expensive to ship back to China! unbelievable!!

Ordered a T-shirt that was patriotic. When it came, it was sleazy, shiny material, even though in the picture it looked like T-shirt material. I literally threw it away. By the time I paid shipping, I was into these people for $30 for a T-shirt! And no one answering my please for a refund.

This is not an American company. They advertise that it is made in America. It took almost 4 weeks to arrive and when I got the shipping label it said it came from Spain but made in China. Do not buy from them.
